Cairn Group is seeking motivated Supervisors for the Restaurant department at DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh - Queensferry Crossing. You’ll support daily operations, mentor team members and ensure consistently high guest service standards in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Formación

• Experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment.
• Ability to lead by example and maintain high service standards.
• Organised, dependable and able to prioritise effectively.
• Enjoy supporting, developing and motivating team members.
• Strong communication and teamwork with colleagues and guests.
• Eagerness to develop leadership skills in hospitality career.

Responsabilidades

• Support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant department and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead by example, maintaining high guest service standards and operational excellence.
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members throughout each shift.
• Assist with organising workloads, delegating tasks and coordinating daily activities.
• Help resolve guest queries and operational challenges effectively and professionally.
• Contribute to the wider team's success by driving performance, engagement and service standards.
