Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a friendly Guest Service Assistant to welcome guests across reception, restaurant, bar and events. You’ll receive full training and have the chance to start a career in hospitality with room to grow.

You’ll build genuine relationships with guests, support with check-in/out, dining service, conference set-ups, and help maintain high standards across all guest areas. A proactive, team‑oriented attitude is welcome.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for people and hospitality; experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong communication and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Proactive approach to spotting needs and acting on them.
• Comfortable using technology, including MS Office and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support check-in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt your approach to each guest.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service.
• Represent our values and culture with guest experience at the centre of everything you do.
