You will resolve guest enquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while maintaining a smooth operation across our 4-star property with golf and spa facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
