Job summary

Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House is seeking a guest-focused front desk team member to greet arrivals, issue room assignments, process payments and perform admin duties. You will help guests with enquiries, resolve issues and maintain a high standard of service throughout their stay.

The role requires experience in customer-facing roles, the ability to work under pressure and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and communicate with team to coordinate guest stays.
• Assist with check-in/out procedures and up-sell where appropriate.
