Job summary

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with check in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt approach to each guest.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service.
