Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to deliver exceptional service across reception, restaurant, bar, and events. You will support check-in/out, food and beverage service, conference setups, and banqueting while maintaining presentation in guest areas.

The role emphasizes guest relations, teamwork, and alignment with brand standards. Training is provided to develop skills in hospitality across all guest-facing areas.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for people and hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work as part of a team.
• A proactive approach and ability to identify and act on tasks.
• Comfortable using technology, including MS Office and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service across reception, restaurant, bar, meetings and events.
• Support with tasks including check in/out, food and drink service, conference set-ups, and banqueting.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and adapt to individuals.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all guest areas.
• Help the hotel meet brand standards and company goals by delivering outstanding service every shift.
