Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service, share top-quality product education, and authentically discuss our community and culture. You will move on the floor to engage guests, handle transactions, and participate in omnichannel programs while upholding our standards for a premium shopping experience.

You will collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless guest journey, maintain store presentation, and uphold safety and policy requirements in a fast-paced luxury

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proof of Right to Work and applicable local requirements (EMEA)
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and provide customized purchase/return solutions.
• Working with Others: Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and support store operations.
• Operations: Perform product presentation tasks, restock items, use in-store technology, and maintain a clean, safe luxury store environment.
