Job summary

lululemon in London is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service, share high-quality product education, and embody our community and culture.

You will engage on the shop floor, assist with omnichannel programs, restock, and support store operations while upholding our values of inclusion, integrity, and enthusiasm. Flexible schedule and opportunities to grow in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have Right to Work evidence and comply with local requirements (EMEA)
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transport

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences by engaging with guests and delivering product education
• Provide customized purchase and return solutions and support
• Explain product value and benefits to guests
• Facilitate seamless omnichannel transactions per company standards
• Move on the sales floor to assist guests and maintain store needs
• Gather guest feedback and work with leadership to resolve issues
