Job summary

lululemon in Bath, UK is seeking an Educator who delivers world-class guest experiences by sharing product education and building authentic connections with our community.

You will move dynamically on the floor, assist guests with needs, restock, maintain a luxury store environment, and collaborate with the team to ensure seamless omnichannel service while upholding our inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work documentation per local requirements (EMEA).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great experience and value guests’ time.
• Provide product education by articulating the value and benefits.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and assist store needs.
• Restock, destock and support omnichannel programs to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain a clean, luxurious store environment and follow safety policies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
