Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver outstanding guest experiences in our London-area store. You will educate guests about products, share community and culture insights, and support omnichannel initiatives to enhance shopping convenience. You will move on the floor to assist guests, restock, and maintain a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in the country of the store.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Provide proof of Right to Work and local requirements (EMEA).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class guest experience by welcoming and engaging guests on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless store operation and exceptional service.
• Present products effectively, restock items, and support inventory management on the floor.
• Utilize store technology to enhance guest interactions and transactions.
• Maintain the store environment, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Respond to guest feedback and partner with leadership to resolve issues.
