lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience in our London store. You will engage with guests, share product education, and embody our community and culture. This role focuses on authentic connection, assisting guests with purchases, and driving a seamless omnichannel experience.

The Educator role is foundational to our team, emphasizing inclusion, integrity, and enthusiasm while supporting store operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action.
