Job summary

The Sloane Club is seeking a guest-focused restaurant professional to join its team. You will deliver food and beverages, maintain a high standard of hospitality and work closely with Reception, Sommeliers and Kitchen to ensure a seamless guest experience.

You will run a station across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, manage orders and payments on Oracle, and uphold cleanliness and presentation while promoting the club’s dining offering in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Provide guest-focused service in restaurant and hotel settings.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant and wine offerings and overall operations.
• Demonstrate professionalism and attentiveness in all guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food dishes and drinks to guests following department SOPs.
• Be attentive, friendly and professional at all times.
• Help create a positive and lasting guest experience.
• Work as part of a close team with Reception, Sommeliers & Kitchen.
• Have a competent knowledge of the restaurant and hotel.
• Lead by example at all times.
