Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks to guests following SOPs.
• Be attentive, friendly, and professional at all times.
• Help create a positive guest experience.
• Work with Reception, Sommeliers & Kitchen.
• Know the restaurant and hotel operations.
• Lead by example at all times.
• Run a station across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Take orders, serve, and handle payments on Oracle.
• Keep station clean and presentable during service.
• Prepare crockery, cutlery and service items.
• Manage timing between tables and sections.
• Liaise with the kitchen on orders and stock.
• Deliver a high, consistent level of service.
• Promote the restaurant and the Club appropriately.
• Know the restaurant menus and wine offering.
