You will participate in all activities, manage duties and mis-en-place, maintain stock, and ensure cleanliness and order across stations, including breads, coffee and glassware, to uphold club standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and control duties and mis-en-place across service times.
• Deliver drinks/beverages from the bar and coffee to tables; assist kitchen pass with dishes.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and room layouts; ensure cleanliness and tidiness of stations and linen cupboard.
