Job summary

ON RUNNING is seeking a Store Advisor to join our London store. You will deliver outstanding customer service, guiding shoppers through their journey while helping them select premium sportwear and footwear.

You will maintain stock levels and support visual merchandising to reflect our brand standards in a fast-paced retail setting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with the ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in premium, luxury, sport, or outlet environments.
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence, with the ability to engage customers, address needs, and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to give constructive feedback to improve store processes and service levels.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales performance in our store.
• Guide customers through their shopping journey and help them find the right products.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and replenish as needed to ensure product availability.
