Job summary

ON RUNNING is seeking a Store Advisor in Greater London to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales in our premium retail store. You will guide customers through their shopping journey, maintain stock levels, and execute visual merchandising plans to reflect the brand’s standards.

The role requires 1+ years in retail or customer service, preferably in premium, luxury, or sports, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant retail or customer service experience, preferably in premium, luxury, or sports.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to engage customers and resolve needs.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to improve store processes.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Fluent English with conversational German.
