Soho House is seeking a Runner to support service between kitchen and front-of-house, delivering food and drinks promptly and maintaining organisation across service areas. You will assist waiting staff and ensure a superior member experience, delivering orders from kitchen/bar to tables and acting as a bridge between teams.

You will be part of a high-end dining environment, developing relationships with members and contributing to a polished service culture.

Competenze

• 2-3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a hands-on approach.
• Confident, polished, and professional demeanour.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.

Mansioni

• Bring food/drink quickly from the kitchen/bar to its respective location in the restaurants and deliver to members.
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment.
• Provides service to and is accountable for an assigned section.
• Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service.
• Polishing cutlery ensuring they are ready for service.
• Preparing any additions to tables in advance (condiments, butter portions etc)
• Perform opening and closing procedures including setup and break down of stations.
• Ensure all service equipment is handled carefully and stored correctly.
• Attend regular meetings with front and back of house teams.
