Village is seeking a Room Attendant to keep guest bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors spotless to exacting standards. This hands-on role rewards pride, energy, and teamwork in a busy housekeeping team.

You’ll follow hygiene guidelines, restock amenities, and report maintenance issues promptly, helping to deliver memorable guest experiences across the property.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is great, but your attitude and energy matter more to us.

Responsibilities

• Creating the Wow Factor: Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to exceptional standards of hygiene and presentation.
• The No Problem Approach: Replenishing guest amenities, linen, and supplies while responding promptly and positively to guest requests.
• Sharp Organisation: Keeping your individual housekeeping trolley clean, organised, well-stocked, and ready to roll.
• Eyes and Ears of the Floor: Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the leadership team immediately.
• Shift Safety: Following all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
