Village Hotels in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Room Attendant to deliver outstanding guest experiences by cleaning and presenting bedrooms to the highest standards. You’ll be part of a busy housekeeping team, taking pride in attention to detail and efficiency to exceed guest expectations.

In this hands-on role you’ll manage guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors, replenish amenities, and report maintenance issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Creating the Wow Factor: Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to exceptional standards of hygiene and presentation.
• The No Problem Approach: Replenishing guest amenities, linen, and supplies while responding promptly and positively to guest requests.
• Sharp Organisation: Keeping your individual housekeeping trolley clean, organised, well-stocked, and ready to roll.
• Eyes and Ears of the Floor: Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the leadership team immediately.
• Shift Safety: Following all health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
