Village Hotels Maidstone is seeking a Room Attendant to deliver an outstanding guest experience by cleaning and presenting bedrooms to the highest standards. You will be part of the housekeeping team, showing pride, attention to detail and efficiency to ensure guest satisfaction.

Previous experience is helpful, but your attitude and energy matter more. If you are friendly, positive, love working with people, and enjoy being part of a busy team, we will provide training, support and opportunities

Responsibilities

Creating the Wow Factor: Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors to high hygiene and presentation standards.
The No Problem Approach: Replenish guest amenities, linen and supplies while responding promptly to guest requests.
Sharp Organisation: Keep your housekeeping trolley clean, organised, and well-stocked.
Eyes and Ears of the Floor: Report maintenance issues, damages or missing items to leadership immediately.
Shift Safety: Follow all health, safety, hygiene and COSHH procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
