Champneys Head Office is seeking a Reservations Consultant who is highly motivated to create memorable guest experiences. You will be self-driven, customer-focused and able to work in our energetic contact centre, assisting guests with their needs and requirements.

Familiarity with Resort Suite PMS is a plus, and previous reservations or call centre experience will help you excel in shifts from 8:00 to 21:00. This role offers access to extensive wellbeing benefits and staff perks.

• Previous experience within reservations and contact/call centre.
• Experience with Resort Suite PMS is advantageous.
