Job summary

Hiddenwell is seeking a Guest Sales Specialist at our Head Office in Moreton-in-Marsh. You will be the primary contact for new and existing guests, handling inquiries, processing bookings, and coordinating treatments and dining arrangements to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a proactive, service-oriented mindset, experience in fast-paced environments, and familiarity with PMS and call centres.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environment.
• Customer service excellence and problem solving.
• Knowledge of call centre operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handling all incoming inquiries and reservation calls professionally
• Processing bookings, schedule treatments, and guest dining arrangements
• Sending out booking confirmations and relevant documents promptly
• Maintaining efficiency and accuracy in all tasks, adhering to quality standards
• Always providing excellent customer service
• Driving sales and improve guest reservations
• Striving to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Assisting other areas of the Central Reservations department as needed
