Job summary

Estelle is seeking a meticulous Reservations Coordinator to join our Oxfordshire estate. You will safeguard guest information, preferences and communications, ensuring a seamless, personalised experience across four restaurants, spa and facilities.

The role requires hospitality/reservations experience, proficiency with booking systems or PMS, and a calm, detail‑driven mindset. A base salary plus gratuities is offered, with generous staff benefits.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, hotel or reservations environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multi-system use.
Impeccable attention to detail with accurate information and records.
Calm, resilient and capable of maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate guest information, preferences and communications to create a seamless guest journey.
Support reservations team and other departments to ensure availability and accuracy of bookings.
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure processes are followed across the reservations operation.
