Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Receptionist at Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa, Longfield, Kent. This part-time role (24hrs across 3 days, 5 days out of 7), pays starting at £13.50 per hour plus service charge and benefits.

You’ll welcome guests, craft personalised experiences, and work with the Front Office team to ensure a warm, seamless stay. A supportive culture and development opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Proactive and enthusiastic with a welcoming, friendly nature.
• Passion for delivering exceptional, personalised service.
• Experience in Front office as a Receptionist or similar in luxury hotels.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate reservation systems and MS Office, Opera desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Front Office team to deliver consistent, standout service.
