Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels – Ettington Park Hotel & Spa in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a passionate Receptionist for a part-time, permanent role (3 days out of 7). Start at £13.50 per hour plus service charge, with excellent colleague benefits.

You will welcome guests, manage check‑in/out, and support the Front Office team to deliver personalised service in our neo-Gothic house set in 40 acres. Prior luxury hotel front desk experience and familiarity with Opera or reservation systems are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office as a Receptionist in a luxury hotel.
• Proficient with hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office; Opera is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in/out with warmth and efficiency.
• Create personalised guest experiences and maintain consistent service.
• Collaborate with the Front Office team to deliver excellent guest service.
