Job summary

Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels, is seeking a friendly Receptionist in Longfield, Kent. The role involves welcoming guests, handling reservations, and delivering personalised service in a luxury setting.

The successful candidate will have frontline Front Office experience, strong computer skills, and familiarity with hotel reservation systems; Opera experience is highly desirable. The position is full-time, 5 days a week, with a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in Front office as a Receptionist or similar role in a luxury four or five star hotel.
• Proficient computer skills, able to confidently navigate hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Opera is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Answer phones, respond to guest requests, and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain accurate reservations and guest information in the hotel system.
• Collaborate with Front Office team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
