Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels Ltd in Kent is seeking a Receptionist at Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa to greet guests, check them in and out, and deliver exceptional service. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, with a salary starting at £13.50 per hour plus service charge and benefits.

You will join a supportive Front Office team, work across luxury hotel operations, and contribute to memorable guest experiences in a picturesque countryside setting near London.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in Front office as a Receptionist or similar role in a luxury four or five star hotel.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with hotel reservation systems, preferably Opera.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out with warmth and efficiency.
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests to ensure a memorable stay.
• Collaborate with Front Office team to maintain high standards of service.
• Handle reservations and room changes using Opera PMS.
