Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist for Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa in Redhill. You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, and support the Front Office team in delivering personalised, luxury service within a historic neo-Gothic manor setting.

The role is full-time, five days a week, with weekend rosters and a focus on consistency and guest satisfaction. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.50 plus service charge and a range of colleague benefits, including

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in Front office as a Receptionist or similar role in a luxury four or five star hotel.
• Proficient computer skills, able to confidently navigate hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Opera is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and craft personalised experiences from arrival.
• Assist front desk operations, reservations, and guest services.
• Deliver consistent high-quality service in a busy hotel environment.
• Work 5 days out of 7, 40 hours per week (rota may vary).
• Flexible working hours available where possible.
