Qualifications

• Previous hotel reception experience ideally in 4- or 5-star operation.
• Proficiency with Opera, Office 365, Salesforce and Review Pro.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out, delivering high service levels.
• Process cash payments and maintain a cash float per standards.
• Respond to guest communications with personalised service.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks in the department.
• Anticipate guest needs and promote hotel amenities.
• Gather guest information to update the database for personalised service.
