Dakota Hotels in Manchester Airport area seeks a friendly porter to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and coordinate with Reception for a smooth stay. You will help keep the lobby pristine and provide proactive service that reflects Dakota’s renowned hospitality.

The role requires a hands-on, detail-focused team player who can adapt to shift patterns and demonstrate a genuine interest in Dakota’s brand and culture.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and provide bag portering, coordinating with Reception for seamless service.
• Keep lobby, entrance and forecourt clean and guest-ready at all times.
• Provide excellent guest service aligned with Dakota service principles and values.
• Coordinate luggage storage, tagging and retrieval accurately.
• Collaborate with all departments, especially Reception, for proactive support.
• Manage welcome and seating for groups entering the building.
• Offer additional services such as restaurant reservations and local guidance.
