Dakota Hotels is seeking a customer-focused Guest Concierge to welcome guests at Dakota Manchester Airport and assist with luggage, seating and local recommendations. The role emphasizes proactive service, attention to detail and teamwork within a vibrant hotel environment.

You will contribute to maintaining a guest-ready lobby and help coordinate cross-department support. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities to enhance guest experiences across our Dakota brand.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and assist with bag portering in collaboration with Reception.
• Keep the lobby, entrance and forecourt clean and guest-ready at all times.
• Deliver consistently high levels of guest service in line with our principles and values.
• Coordinate luggage storage, tagging and retrieval with accuracy and care.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
• Greet groups, manage seating and assist with special requests to enhance experience.
• Suggest services like restaurant reservations and local recommendations.
