Job summary

Brighton Palace Pier is seeking enthusiastic Supervisors to lead guest-facing operations across attractions, kiosks and areas of the pier. You will support the team, ensure smooth daily running, and deliver a consistently high standard of guest service.

Ideal candidates will be team players with strong communication skills, a friendly and outgoing manner, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced outdoor setting while upholding safety and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a frontline team in a fast-paced guest-facing environment.
• Strong communication and people-skills to engage visitors and staff.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations and uphold standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding guest service across the pier.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all areas are staffed and guest-ready.
• Engage with visitors, maintaining a fun, welcoming atmosphere throughout the pier.
• Monitor performance, drive revenue, and help the team meet daily targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, cash handling, and standards.
• Support training, onboarding, and coaching of new team members.
