Brighton Palace Pier is seeking enthusiastic Supervisors to lead frontline teams across attractions and guest areas, ensuring an outstanding visitor experience from arrival to departure.

You will oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and uphold safety and presentation standards while delivering memorable moments for guests in a vibrant seaside setting on the iconic Brighton Pier.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline teams in fast-paced guest environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive outdoors and in variable weather.
• Availability on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
