Job summary

Nightcap Plc’s Brighton i360 is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to lead shifts across a multi-venue space on the seafront. You’ll drive guest experiences, manage a busy service and support a strong team in a dynamic hospitality setting.

You’ll bring experience in busy hospitality environments, a hands-on approach, and the ability to keep standards high while creating a great guest atmosphere. Evening, weekend, and peak trading flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts in busy hospitality venues.
• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Strong communication and team-motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across restaurant, bar, café and events spaces.
• Motivate and support the team during busy services.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and operations.
• Assist labour control, stock management and daily procedures.
• Handle guest queries confidently and resolve issues.
• Ensure licensing, health & safety standards are followed.
• Collaborate with senior management to keep the venue running smoothly.
