Job summary

Brighton Palace Pier is seeking enthusiastic Supervisors to lead frontline teams across attractions and guest areas. You will oversee daily operations, keep areas staffed and guest‑ready, and maintain a welcoming, fun atmosphere on the pier.

As a Supervisor you will help drive revenue, ensure safety and standards, and support training and onboarding for new staff while enjoying a dynamic, outdoor seaside environment on the world‑famous Brighton Palace Pier.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest service across the pier.

• Ensure safety, cash handling, and operational standards are followed.
