Job summary

Fowey Hall Hotel in Cornwall is seeking a Reception Manager to lead our friendly reception team and deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week, including weekends, with a salary of £33,500–£35,000 DOE plus generous service charge and benefits.

You will oversee guest interactions, reservations, and departmental budgeting, while maintaining high standards of hospitality and staff development.

Qualifications

• Previous Reception experience is essential.
• Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all guest interactions from check-in to check-out and handle special requests.
• Coordinate room reservations and monitor occupancy to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and supervise the Reception team, providing support and guidance.
