Job summary

THE PIG near Bath is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and guest services, coordinating Reception, Treatments, Grounds, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Night Porters to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will report to senior management, handle Duty Manager shifts and emergencies, and guide a team with clear communication, decisiveness, and a focus on revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in hospitality management.
• Solid knowledge of guest relations and F&B operations.
• Experience with OPERA or Fidelio systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and guest services.
• Coordinate Reception, Treatments, Grounds, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Night Porters.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and maintain composure under pressure.
• Lead the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
