LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham is seeking a Guest Experience Team Leader to oversee the Admissions and Guest Experience teams, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable visit while upholding safety and service standards. You will coach colleagues, drive performance and help create magical experiences for families each day.

This role involves leading from the front, managing queues and attractions, supporting events and training, coordinating staffing and break cover, and responding to guest

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience in customer-facing roles.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience handling guest concerns and complaints.
