Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking an Admissions Host to welcome guests, sell and check tickets, and guide visitors with friendly, knowledgeable service. You will contribute to a high-quality guest experience and learn about the brand while supporting KPIs.

Our Admissions Hosts will be champions of delivering high quality guest interactions, knowledgeable about the LEGO brand (or willing to learn), and always seeking new ways to enhance our guest KPIs. Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience working in a retail or cash handling environment previously is advantageous
• Experience with guest services or previous customer facing work is desired
• Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" demeanour
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
