The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front office team and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will manage the reception staff, foster a warm, professional atmosphere and act as the ambassador for exceptional service across all guest touches.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hotel front office or guest services management.

Responsibilities

• Run the reception department and coach the front office team to provide courteous service.
• Lead by example and greet guests warmly, acting as an ambassador for excellent service.
• Manage the full guest experience from booking to post-stay to ensure a great experience.
• Directly manage the Front Desk Team in delivering the Front of House strategy and targets.
• Control departmental costs, scheduling and resources to support operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and guest satisfaction.
