The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Assistant Manager to join the Front Desk team and help ensure guests have a wonderful stay at the world leading hospitality company.

Located near landmarks such as the Spinnaker Tower, the hotel offers amenities including Cast Iron Bar & Grill and a fitness centre. The role includes managing day-to-day operations, assisting in HR activities, coaching staff, handling guest issues, and promoting high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience and guest service focus.
• HR activities including screening and payroll support.
• Ability to manage daily hotel operations and conflicts.

Responsibilities
