RBH is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team and deliver exceptional guest service. You will oversee check-in/out, billing accuracy, and daily operations while coaching staff and maintaining high service standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in a supervisory front desk position within hospitality, with strong communication, budgeting, and PMS experience (Opera). Flexible hours and weekend work are involved.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years front desk supervisory/management in hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead a team, coach for performance and deliver service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest resolution.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities for daily ops.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cash handling.

Aufgaben

• Lead front office team to deliver outstanding guest service and welcome guests.
• Address guest needs promptly, build loyalty and resolve issues professionally.
• Oversee check-in/out, room assignment accuracy and billing processes.
• Recruit, train and mentor front desk staff; conduct regular training.
• Manage front office budgets, control expenses and forecast finances.
• Maintain occupancy, rates, guest profiles and generate reports.
