Marriott London Heathrow is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to welcome guests at the Front Office, handle check-in/check-out, and ensure a smooth, memorable stay in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will deliver warm, personalized service and anticipate guest needs to exceed expectations.

This role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, a High School diploma, and a professional appearance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain high level of service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Handle guest complaints with empathy and resolution.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures.
• Assist in training new staff on guest service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
