Responsibilities

• Run daily service to ensure seamless guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with culinary team on menus, service, and stock.
• Lead daily briefings for restaurant and bar teams; promote specials and upselling.
• Manage reservations and draft floor plans based on demand.
• Assist with F&B stock, ordering, stock takes, and training.
• Oversee cash flow and ensure revenue reports align with standards.
• Schedule the team and coordinate shifts.
• Ensure health and safety compliance for each shift.
• Responsible for opening and closing the restaurant safely.
