Job summary

A leading children's adventure organization is seeking a Guest Experience Assistant Manager at their centre in Dalguise, Scotland. You will support a dedicated team to ensure every guest has a safe and enjoyable experience. Key responsibilities include leading staff, managing guest interactions, and promoting a culture of outstanding service. Ideal candidates will have previous hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the hospitality sector.
• Ability to manage guest needs with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for guests and group leaders.
• Support and motivate a team to maintain high service standards.
• Assist with mealtime coordination and evening entertainment.
• Promote outstanding customer service across departments.
• Help plan and deliver evening activities.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or guest services

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
