Crieff Hydro Family Of Hotels in Scotland is seeking a friendly Reception Assistant to welcome guests, handle bookings and start their Action Glen adventure with a smile. This hands-on, office-based role forms the first touchpoint for guests and includes coordinating with activity teams.

You'll need to be organised, a clear communicator, and comfortable working as part of a warm team that values flexibility and guest delight.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with bookings and inform them about family adventures
• Support safety briefings and kit-up for quad-biking groups
• Hands-on office-based role with potential to get involved at instructor level
• Communicate clearly with guests and team to ensure smooth operation
