Dakota Hotels is seeking a charismatic Head Host for the Bar & Grill at Dakota Manchester. You will lead the guest arrival experience, ensuring exceptional service, smooth daily operations and a warm welcome for every guest.

Responsibilities include managing reservations and guest inquiries, maintaining the host stand, and coordinating with the Reservations team for events while delivering a Dakota-style welcome and farewell.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest-arrival experience within the Bar & Grill.
• Manage reservations, enquiries, walk-ins and VIP notes.
• Maintain host stand, cloakroom and menu materials.
• Deliver Dakota welcome and farewell to guests.
• Coordinate with Reservations for group bookings and special events.
• Provide menu knowledge and personal recommendations.
