Dakota Hotels is seeking a senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead the Bar & Grill and Events spaces, ensuring exceptional guest service and brand experience across all F&B operations.

You will manage payroll, rota development, bookings, and service flow while driving sales culture and staff development. The role requires hands-on leadership and a passion for hospitality excellence in a UK-based hotel environment.

Formación

• At least three years in a senior F&B role or higher in a full-service environment.
• Experience overseeing beverage operations in a hotel setting preferred.
• Experience writing rotas, delivering training and daily people management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee F&B across Bar & Grill and Events, upholding service standards.
• Act as Duty Manager as required and collaborate with Head Chef and Reception.
• Drive F&B commercial performance: payroll, rota, bookings, service sequences, supplier contracts.
