Job summary

Paris Society International is seeking a hands-on Host/Front of House Maître’D to lead a busy team in delivering outstanding guest experiences in our events and dining spaces. You’ll drive guest recognition, team motivation and flawless CRM usage to keep bookings accurate and guests returning.

You’ll partner with General Managers and Head Chefs to ensure service standards are consistently excellent, while maintaining a lively, no-ego culture that supports personal growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A shining personality who has a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar hospitality Host/Front of House/ Maître’D management role in a busy environment.
• Experience using CRM bookings systems and table management
• Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, juggling many things at once, but always dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s

Responsibilities

• You’ll add that extra special touch to our guests’ experience by creating a culture of recognising and delighting our guests throughout the whole team; you’ll turn every guest into a regular!
• Both guest and team experience will be at the heart of all you do. You’ll lead your team of hosts by example, keeping them involved and motivated; making feel empowered and supported, confident in providing top experiences for our guests and comfortable turning to you with questions
• Have a firm grip of the CRM bookings system, keeping our data up to date and closely managing the Restaurant book across the day and for the weeks ahead
• Work closely with the Restaurant General Managers and Head Chefs to deliver a consistently excellent experience in our spaces
