RAMONA & The Firehouse is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a busy Manchester venue.

You will motivate staff, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and ensure seamless operations from open to close while maintaining a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Enthusiasm: Motivate and manage the front-of-house team, setting the standard for outstanding service and positive energy.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work hand-in-hand with the kitchen, bar, and management to ensure seamless communication and service.
• Keep Things Flowing: Oversee the restaurant and bar area to maintain smooth service, solve any hiccups swiftly, and keep the good vibes rolling from open to close.
• Experience Expert: Step in to greet guests, handle inquiries, and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued, creating an environment where memories are made.
• Train & Mentor: Help new team members get up to speed and coach existing team to hone their skills, building a strong, cohesive team.
